International Jazz Day Ohio Celebration is
April 30, 2022
Plan to attend our Jazz concert on Saturday, April 30th to celebrate our 4th Annual International Jazz Day Ohio tribute to the 11th Anniversary of International Jazz Day, celebrated Worldwide. Also tune in on Friday, April 29th and Saturday, April 30th, for a Special 24 Hour Jazz Broadcast Extravaganza.
The Columbus Jazz Alliance, International Jazz Day Ohio and Jazz 98.5 FM, WSAX radio station, are an officially authorized United Nations, UNESCO, Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz, International Jazz Day Participant, a worldwide event representing the best of Jazz in Ohio.

This is the only Jazz Series in Central Ohio that is educational, inclusive, diverse and brings people together from all socio-economic walks of life to enjoy great jazz.
The Series often includes our student musicians to help keep the pipeline full of future jazz musicians, and the art of jazz music alive.

The Walter Armes Learning Center Auditorium at Whitehall-Yearling High School.
Jazz Brew Concerts feature performances showcasing the best in several jazz styles including:
Classic Big Band Jazz Orchestra Classic Straight-Ahead Jazz Smooth/Urban Contemporary, Jazz Fusion and Latin performances at Whitehall and often includes the performances of local High School Jazz bands and ensembles.

It's important to us to keep our tickets reasonably priced. We're waging a war against the inflationary prices of concerts that deny us and our children from discovering this wonderful musical art form.
